The Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta's North Fulton Fund was established in 1996 to help individuals, corporations and foundations respond to the charitable needs of North Fulton County residents.

Through a variety of funds and giving options, we can help donors fulfill their charitable intentions and leave a lasting legacy for the benefit of our community. The North Fulton Fund offers convenience and expertise for those who wish to make charitable contributions to nonprofit organizations in and around the North Fulton area.

Our goals include:

• promoting visionary philanthropy
• building and preserving a collection of endowment funds and
• distributing funds to nonprofit organizations that serve North Fulton County residents.

What programs do we support?

Through the generous contributions from local donors, the North Fulton Fund is able to award grants for the calendar year 2008. Grants from these funds will be awarded via a competitive process to help qualified North Fulton nonprofit organizations meet the changing needs of the North Fulton community. The next deadline is June 20, 2008. The guidelines and application are posted below.

Who can establish a fund?

Anyone with an interest in providing for the present and future needs of the residents of North Fulton County can establish a fund or make a contribution to our local unrestricted fund.
