Jean Simmons After Divorce Scholarship
Purpose
To provide post-divorce assistance through education which will help recipients
improve upon existing job skills and provide the opportunity to acquire new
ones.
Eligibility

Have a high school diploma or GED with a minimum of 2.5 GPA
-
Hold U.S. citizenship.

Legal resident of Bartow, Cherokee, Cobb, Fulton, Paulding, or Pickens County
for at least one year.

Divorce must be final within the past five years.

Accepted for enrollment or enrolled at an accredited college, university, or
vocational school.
Award Amount
Minimum $1,000 per year
